Services

Consultation, Observation, and Assessment - BSA’s service delivery model is based
upon the assumption
that undesirable behaviors are affected by many different factors.
If we can identify these factors, we can then develop and implement an appropriate
treatment plan.
Observation of the individual inside his or her environment, combined
with in-depth interviews of parents, teachers, and care providers provides the information needed for a thorough analysis of the individual in action.

Analysis - Analysis of the individual's needs is then drawn
from five categories of observation: Medical factors, Physical
needs, Mental and Emotional needs, Environmental conditions,
and existing Coping skills.

Treatment Plan - Development of a comprehensive treatment plan identifies
factors for problem behaviors, prevention, intervention, and the applied behavioral
tools needed to provide a positive outcome.

Implementation - Implementing the treatment plan requires teaching of functional support skills for the individual, as well as parents, teachers, and care providers
inside the individual's circle of living.
